Customized process

STEP 1: Planning
Our team works directly with you to capture your vision for the project. We use reference photos, sketches, pictures, print, and even live models to capture a likeness.
STEP 2: 3D Printing Sample
Our skilled sculptors bring your commission to life – using a combination of metal frames, foam core and clay. You will receive images of the work as it progresses for your review and ongoing feedback.
STEP 3: Building the Mold
Once you have approved the final clay sculpture, our mold builders meticulously coat the clay with layers of silicone rubber followed by a hard shell to hold everything together.
STEP 4: Casting
The rubber mold is used to cast in the material of your choice of white bonded marble or bronze.
STEP 5: Finishing
The statue is then inspected with our finishers removing any casting lines, imperfections, and carefully cleaning, polishing and applying any patina to give depth and tone.
